I managed to talk myself into going to class this morning after all. Go me! Nothing like accountability (posting on LJ when I had decided to slack and not go). The main reason was that I dragged the hubby to the gym last night for yoga. The first time for both of us. It was quite good, but I woke up stiff and sore.

3 mini chicken apple sausages
1/2 ounce pretzel sticks
Snack
I had a seriously strong craving. Decided to satisfy it. It's that time of the month, after all. Or will be quite soon.
1.5 oz Scharfenberger 62% chocolate
Snack/Lunch
1/2 whole wheat pita pocket
1 oz turkey breast
1 oz gruyere cheese
1 tsp soynaise
handful of garden salad (lettuce, celery, cucumber, beets)
Dinner
2 oz broiled salmon
1/2 cup roasted potatoes
1/2 cup green beans & shallots (steamed)
6 oz orange juice and a splash of pomegranate juice
